Save Me Rehabilitation Center was founded by Mamadi Sillah and composed of like-minded persons with similar background experiences related to drug abuse and alcoholism. They all have the aim and inspiration, to provide the necessary rehabilitation for Youths who are addicted to drug abuse and alcoholism and this is done in collaboration with knowledgeable people in the community, with long term experience with people with chronic alcohol and drug abuse for many years.
As presented these are Youths living in the urban areas of The Gambia exposed to the misuse of harzadous substances such as hard drugs and alcohol therefore regarded as our main target group. We have the strong belief that with well organized rehabilitation programs and the support of the community, we will succeed to cure most of these youths, to abstain from the constant use of hard drugs and alcohol.
Save Me Rehabilitation Center is therefore appealing to all Gambians to render us the moral and financial support to enable us achieve our aims and objectives, to help people particularly our youths who are victims of drug abuse and alcoholism for many years. We need those people who have the knowledge and experience to work with rehabilitation programs of such a nature.
The youths will be given the right treatment depending on the time period they have been engaged in drug abuse and alcoholism. Individual cases will be treated separately and youths will be encouraged to be transparent and narrate to our counselors what they are undergoing and how best we can help them to recover from these individual problems and resume to normal life with full integration in the main stream society.
Youths will be given the needed counseling by our experts who are knowledgeable, experienced and keen to deliver. Before the given period for the rehab of every single youth is over, integration programs will be sourced in the form of employment, housing and schooling for a given period depending in the area of choice for each and every individual applicant. A needs assessment program will be conducted by the administration and the necessary administrative contacts with those authorities concern will be taken up for each and every applicant.
